These apply to direct bookings with RedHouse DaLat. If a booking has specific terms, our front desk will tell you when confirming.
Booking policy
- A request sent through this website is a booking request, not a confirmation. Your room is held only once the RedHouse front desk confirms with you.
- Rates on the website are per-night reference rates. The final rate, any deposit and offers are given when we confirm.
- At check-in, please show a valid ID or passport so the hotel can complete the guest registration required by law.
Cancellation policy
- If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible by phone, Zalo, WhatsApp or email.
- Cancellation, date-change and deposit refund terms depend on the season and room type, and are stated clearly when we confirm your booking.
Privacy
- The details you send (name, phone, email, address, notes) are used only to handle your booking and contact you.
- RedHouse does not sell or share your information with third parties unless required by law.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting the hotel.

- Information on this website may change without notice. Details confirmed by our front desk take precedence.
